PLACING AN ORDER
Online: To place an order on our website, please use our secure On-line Shopping Cart and enter your Shipping and Credit Card information. Your order will be processed within 2 business days.
Email: You can also place your order via email sales [at] groovycarts.com. Please include the item number(s) and your phone number for contact. We will send you instructions and an Order Form to be filled out and emailed or faxed back to us.
Phone: You can also order through our Toll Free # 1-800-863-4093. Customer Service Representatives are available from 10am to 6pm EST Monday through Friday. They are ready to assist you with sales or with any questions you may have.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Credit Cards and PayPal. On large dollar orders, we will only ship to the PayPal "Confirmed Address".

We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, you can still return any item, in its original condition, that did not fit, or you do not like, or was damaged during shipping (excluding customized items). If we made a mistake on your order, we will also refund your return ground shipping fee.
To Make a Return: Please send an email to returns [at] groovycarts.com or call us at 1-800-863-4093 within 14 days of receiving your order for authorization and instructions on a return. We will only accept authorized returns within 14 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. The item cannot be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors.
Custom And Special Order Products are non-returnable, UNLESS damaged due to shipping, or by OUR error.
Electrical Parts are not returnable if installed or connected to a power supply. This includes, but is not limited to electric motors, electronic speed controllers, all switches of any type, solenoids and relays, electronic circuitry, charge indicators, battery chargers, gauges, horns, speedometers, diodes, coils, ignitors, voltage regulators, and starter generators, unless covered by a expressed written manufacturer's warranty. We extend no warranty on electrical or electronic components beyond the manufacturer's own written factory warranty.
If Your Package Arrives Damaged: Report it to us immediately or refuse delivery of the package. If the carrier has damaged the package in transit, they are liable and will return the package to us at no cost to you. If the package appears to be intact, but an item inside has been damaged during transit, you have three business days to report it to us so that we can file a damage report
If The Product Arrived Damaged: Please contact us immediately by e-mail returns [at] groovycarts.com or call Groovy Carts Customer Care at Toll Free 1-800-863-4093 before returning the item. Some products we sell are covered by a Manufacturer's Warranty that requires items to be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
If You Received The Wrong Product: Contact us and we will issue an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
If You Ordered The Wrong Product By Mistake: Please let us know what product you would like to have in exchange or if you prefer a credit or refund. Since we did not make any mistakes in this case we will not refund any shipping charges related to the order. There are no cash refunds, and credit refunds will only be made to the card or to the Paypal account used for the original purchase .
How To Ship The Item Back: Please contact us for an RMA number prior to returning an item. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA. Include your name, address, daytime phone number and order number (if you know your order number) along with the original credit card number. If you prefer, you may call us with your credit card number. We do not keep credit card numbers on file. You may send the package back either via US Mail, UPS, or Federal Express. Whichever one is convenient for you. Please send back via ground service. Returned product(s) must be boxed with sufficient packing to protect the contents. Products damaged due to poor packing will not be accepted for credit or refund.
Once We Receive The Return: We will process the return within 3 business days and promptly issue a credit or refund. We will not ship a replacement part before receiving the returned part. Any part returned will be subject to inspection to determine refund amount for merchandise. This amount may be less than the original payment based on condition of the item(s) returned.
Groovy Carts will not be held responsible for ANY labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of the wrong or defective parts or correct parts installed in a manner other than consistent with the instructions in the appropriate service manual.
If You Would Like To Return a Product After 14 Days there will be a 20% restocking fee of the cost of the item(s) returned.

The item must be the identical product, color, packaging, manufacturer, etc. The price you wish us to match must be verifiable on the Internet or through a printed advertisement. The competitor's advertisement must be current and the product must be in stock. Groovy Carts will only match prices on items made by the same manufacturer.
If you ask us to match a price, the competitor's shipping and handling charges and sales tax, if applicable, must be taken into account when we calculate the competitor's price. Example:
Price adjustments are limited to one price match per item within the 30 day period. Competitor’s coupons or promotions for first time or one time use will be considered non-verifiable and therefore not accepted for the low price guarantee. Competitive items must be in stock.
Shipments to Georgia are subject to 7% sales tax and will not be included as part of the price match calculation. NOTE: Please allow 7-10 business days following your price match request for your refund to be processed. Price matches will not be honored on "Going out of business," "Liquidation Sales" or companies in distress.
